Training Matrix

Highly Sophisticated  Training Matrix for industries where staff training is legally required.

There are about 60 courses required for care staff, with different frequencies. What this matrix does is stores a list of departments, then a number of staff per department and then dates of training completion. Dates are then highlighted in different colours, green – in date, amber – due soon and red – overdue. When a date turns amber, you have 3 months to arrange a training for a member of staff staying fully compliant.

This matrix can be stored in the cloud which then unlocked other features, like email reminders, automated training booking through Care Skills Academy or Social Care TV.
