Many administrators experienced an issue when users are unable to delete files from their “Desktop” or “Documents” folder.
When an RDS Farm is being built, virtual User Profile Disks are often used to keep users profiles in one place. Every time a new user logs in, a new user disk is created following a “disk template”. If you are using a UVHD disk template file, in many cases it will contain $Recycle.Bin system folder.
The reason why users are unable to delete files from their desktops is because $Recycle.Bin folder in UVHD-template has default permissions set.
